Created by Sherry Jerimie, Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Psychoanalyst with almost three decades of clinical experience, our tools are designed to support your emotional wellness journey while maintaining clear ethical boundaries.
What Makes ENRICH Different
ENRICH applications are NOT generative AI chatbots.
Every word, prompt, and piece of content in our applications has been clinically authored and reviewed. This means:
• No jailbreaking risk — There is no AI to manipulate
• No hallucinations — Content doesn't generate unpredictably
• No harmful outputs — Every response has been written by a licensed clinician
• Consistent quality — The same therapeutic integrity every time

Before entering any ENRICH application, users acknowledge:
1. Age Verification — Confirmation of being 18 years or older
2. Crisis Screening — Confirmation of not currently being in mental health crisis
3. Psychoeducation Understanding — Acknowledgment that this is psychoeducation, not therapy
4. Break Commitment — Agreement to take breaks and not use as sole support
5. Personal Limits — Commitment to honor emotional capacity
6. User Responsibility — Acceptance of responsibility for own wellbeing
7. Local Data Storage — Understanding that data stays on user's device only
🛑 Pillar 2: Engagement Boundaries
Preventing over-engagement and unhealthy usage patterns.
• Daily Soft Limit (15) — Gentle reminder to take a break
• Daily Hard Limit (20) — Firm boundary, returns tomorrow
• 24-Hour Integration Periods — Space between intensive modules
• Session Time Awareness — Notifications at 30 and 45 minutes
• No infinite scrolling — Intentional, boundaried engagement
💚 Pillar 3: Emotional Check-Ins
Regular opportunities to assess emotional state.

• Pulse Checks — Every 7 interactions: "How are you feeling right now?"

PART 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to ENRICH Global. By accessing or using any ENRICH Global application, website, or service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ENRICH Global Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Nature of Services
What ENRICH Global IS:
• Psychoeducational content and self-guided wellness tools
• Informational resources about emotional wellness
• Educational materials created by a licensed mental health professional
What ENRICH Global is NOT:
• Therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
• Medical advice or diagnosis
• A substitute for professional mental health care
• Crisis intervention or emergency services
• A professional-client relationship
Important: Using ENRICH Global Services does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional relationship between you and Sherry Jerimie or ENRICH Global.
3. Eligibility
To use ENRICH Global Services, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Not currently experiencing a mental health crisis
• Understand that these Services are psychoeducational, not therapeutic
By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
By using ENRICH Global Services, you agree to:
• Take personal responsibility for your own emotional wellbeing
• Seek professional help (therapy, medical care, crisis services) when needed
• Use the Services thoughtfully and at your own pace
• Take breaks when content feels overwhelming
• Honor your personal limits and boundaries
• Not rely solely on ENRICH Global for mental health support
5. Crisis and Emergency Situations
ENRICH Global Services are NOT designed for crisis situations.
If you are experiencing:
• Thoughts of suicide or self-harm
• A psychiatric emergency
• Immediate danger to yourself or others

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and features of ENRICH Global Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the ENRICH Method™ framework—are the exclusive property of ENRICH Global and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The ENRICH Method™ is a trademark of ENRICH Global.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
7. Privacy and Data
Local Data Storage: ENRICH Global applications store your data (including reflections and progress) locally on your device only. We do not have access to your personal entries.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the security of your device, backing up any data you wish to keep, and deleting your data when you no longer want it stored.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ENRICH Global Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
• Services will meet your specific needs or expectations
• Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENRICH Global, its founder, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, personal injury or emotional distress, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if ENRICH Global has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ENRICH Global, Sherry Jerimie, and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ENRICH Global Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
13. Modifications to Terms
ENRICH Global reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ENRICH Global regarding the use of our Services.
