Urge Surfing


We all experience urges. For example, some may crave chocolate; others experience a great urge to check the phone for new messages. Often, without thinking, we tend to respond to any and every impulse that emerges throughout the day, as though an urge is our body telling us, "I need that right now."  In this transformational exercise, you will practice responding to urges differently.
