Welcome To The Ledger
Every family has an unwritten ledger — debts never named, payments never acknowledged, a running tab that no one tallies aloud.
The Ledger is a 30-session psychoeducational journey that helps you finally open that book.
This is not therapy — but it was built by a Certified Psychoanalyst and Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist with nearly three decades of clinical experience.
The Ledger is designed for adults who are:
- Curious about family patterns around money, obligation, and loyalty
- Stable enough to explore difficult emotions without crisis
- Ready to examine what they've inherited — and what they want to release
This is NOT for you if:
- You are currently in a mental health crisis
- You need immediate therapeutic support
- You are looking for financial advice or debt management
Who Is This For?
Your 30-session journey unfolds across four phases:
Phase 1 — Opening the books
Phase 2 — Tallying the costs
Phase 3 — Facing the total
Phase 4 — Designing sustainability
Each phase builds on the last. Trust the process.
The Journey

After This Journey, You Will...
- See your family patterns with new clarity

- Know what's yours to hold and what's yours to release
- Have language for experiences you've never been able to name
