Intensive Purpose Driven Coaching

Intensive Purpose Driven Coaching - for individuals and couples - is a specific type of coaching that is short-term, comprehensive, concentrated, and condensed, involving five consecutive days of intensive coaching, three total hours per day. The structure of each day will vary depending on your specific needs and desired outcomes. The first day is dedicated to the administration and debrief of an assessment with you, roughly 3 hours in length. This assessment provides greater self-understanding and is an invaluable starting point to facilitate a specifically tailored, intensive, and outcome-oriented coaching intensive program with you.

This Is For You If...
  • You travel a lot, or have many obligations and are not able to commit to traditional therapy.

  • You live in a geographic location where there’s limited service and want to utilize the sessions for self-improvement.

  • You find traditional 45-minute therapy sessions disruptive because your session ends just when you are making a discovery.

  • You have an urgent nagging situation that you need perspective on.

This form of coaching is as the title suggested, consecutive sessions.  Intensive purpose driven coaching is most useful because you can continue without interruption, therefore increasing the efficacy of treatment.

How it works...
  • ​15 hours of individual therapy focused on you.

  • A five consecutive day time commitment, making it times to get the help you seek in a shorter period of time.

  • Virtual or In-Person (if Covid-19 vaccinated)

  • Once dates/times are set, no makeups if missed

  • If you choose this option you can continue therapy beyond this, either with more intensive sessions every few months or some other frequency/intensity that works for your needs and your budget. We will discuss and evaluate what's best for you...
