Our values are the things we consider to be most important in life. Values are our heart's deepest wishes for how we want to interact with the world, other people, and ourselves. They're what we want to stand for in life, how we want to behave and what sort of person we want to be. The transformation happens when you incorporate your newfound awareness into decisions that impact your values, either positively or negatively. It takes time and practice to master these skills, as with any new behavior.
