Strengths Versus Weaknesses Focus


Strengths are things at which we are usually good. For instance, we might be naturally creative, exceptionally generous with our time, or persevere when things get tough.  Weaknesses, in contrast, are things at which we are not good. When we operate from our weaknesses, we lack motivation, feel disengaged and negative.  This exercise allows you to experience what it feels like to operate and think from a weakness versus strengths focus.
