Focus on Your Destination


This activity describes the way your internal experiences (i.e., thoughts, emotions, urges, memories, and so on) seem to drive your life. The exercise asks you to consider a life in which such experiences do not get in the way of you reaching your valued destinations but, instead, sit on your minds as would passengers on a bus.
