With clarity, you can make decisions from a place of strength rather than an emotional position of weakness If your imagination has ever run amok, hauling you through the worst possible scenarios cycles, then you've experienced catastrophizing. This negative mental schema exaggerates thoughts and situations such that they are blown way out of proportion with reality, harming your emotional well-being.
